• Orders received before 3pm will be processed and generally ship same day, orders received after 3pm will ship next day.
• When order is shipped, a confirmation E-mail with invoice and UPS tracking # will be sent by end of the business day.

RETURN POLICY:

We cover only manufacturer defects not customer damage, please inspect phones for impact damage, water oxidation damage to battery and any missing components before accepting returns back from customers.

• 60 days from invoice on reconditioned handsets

The Process

Please fill out this FORM to request an (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA # number which will be emailed to you, when this is received please write the # number on the side of the shipping box and ship items on the approved form back to us within 7 days, upon inspection we will credit your account within 3 days.
